View Art on your Wall
"View 7" is a limited edition museum-quality fine art print from my series "Images of the World". The edition includes only 10 items. To create this work, I combined my scanned hand-made drawings with digital graphics. The print is made with giclée technique in archival quality on world-recognized Hahnemühle paper.
"View 7" will become one of the frames of the new video that I'm currently working on. The drawing is devoted to the theme of traveling through Space-Time in the Universe. I think about times when people will build an entire network of space routes, after having invented a sensationally new technology of overcoming long distances. Either the humanity could be connected to an existing space transport net built by other extraterrestrial civilizations, which we still have no idea about. And maybe it will be a kind of mental technology, like traveling with the force of mind. I took part of my inspiration from the movie that I love so much - "Contact" (1997) with Jodie Foster and Matthew McConaughey. I look forward to the day when traveling to remote points of the Universe will really become a common practice.
